I chose this hotel for attending a conclave and it provided an efficient work environment to meet my business needs. The office towers within the development were convenient for my work and made my stay productive.

I missed having a business center or dedicated workspace within the hotel. It would have been helpful to have access to additional amenities that cater specifically to business travelers.

Staff were really helpful entire duration of my stay. It was located in a secure area in a safe area.

We liked this apartment's people and rooms, they were great. Bedding was comfortable, complete with feather pillows. Having a bath was great. Helpful staff. Had really enjoyable stay for 3 nights and received wake up service for free, a nice bonus. Favourable location - minute walk from Shaanxi Stadium.

The one service that was lacking for my work needs was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been helpful to have easy access to these services within the hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Xi'an, we stayed just 2 nights. Had fast check in, we truly enjoyed it. It was located in a safe area just next door to shopping mall, shoppings and the Muslim quarter,.

Such great stay for 3 nights. Polite staff, impressive and exceptionally comfortable room. Excellent setting close to ths Metro. Plus near a free of charge taxi, and a shopping mall with good restaurants and shoppings: )

Perfect for families with kids. Close to museums, great sports facilities on the roof. Spacious room with kitchen. Impressive service, staff even tidied up our power cords!

Oh, just a taxi driver who took us on a scenic detour to refuel, almost made us miss our flight. How thoughtful.

From start to finish - a PLEASANT experience for 3 nights. Competent people work here. Unbeatable, magnificent setting just next door to a mall with wide variety of food options, restaurants and shopping centre, nudes, taxi's. Btw, located close to ShaanXi stadium.

The location was hella convenient, with all the cool tourist spots just a quick drive away. We even took a bus to Dayanta and had a sick time exploring. The concierge was like our bro, helping us get cabs and giving us the inside scoop on Xi'an. And don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet - it was straight fire!

If there's one thing I'd ask for more of, it's some lit party vibes for us young peeps. The hotel had all these amazing facilities, but a little extra fun for the young party-goers wouldn't hurt.

We stayed at Somerset Aparthotel Xindicheng Xi'An for our wedding anniversary and were greeted with warm hospitality. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The staff even surprised us with a generous bowl of fruit. The WiFi speeds were excellent and the washer/dryer in the room was convenient and efficient. The comfortable bed and other furniture ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's amenities, including the pool, gym, and children's playrooms, were top-notch. The location was convenient with a nearby mall and easy access to buses and bikes for exploring the city. The customer service was outstanding, making our stay truly special.

The Somerset Aparthotel Xindicheng Xi'An was perfect for our family with kids. The spacious rooms and high-quality building materials made us feel at home. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very useful. The location was convenient for local shopping and there was a fantastic mall with great restaurants just across the street. The hotel also had a wonderful pool, gym, and playrooms for both kids and adults. The customer service was exceptional and made our stay special.

Good value, convenient shopping location. Spacious, clean rooms with adequate kitchen facilities. Appreciated honeymoon decorations and gifts. Air filter provided for allergy concerns. Thoughtful slippers and fancy toothbrush for child. Fun swimming pool, would be nice to have a hot tub. Relatively new, clean facilities and large room size.

The rooms were hella spacious, perfect for our squad of friends. We had a blast in the games room, challenging each other in ping pong and table soccer. And yo, we even caught a wild game at Jiaodaruisun Stadium! Plus, the laundry service came in clutch for our party outfits. No doubt, Somerset knows how to keep the young crowd entertained.

If there's one thing we wished for, it would be a banging night club in the hotel. We had to venture out to find a lit party scene in the city.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and incredibly clean. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even giving us a thoughtful gift for our anniversary. the WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for streaming movies. the washer/dryer was a great added bonus and worked well. the comfortable furniture, including the bed, sofa, and chairs, made for a restful night's sleep.

There were some issues with the swimming pool during our stay. Emergency works were being done, so it was closed off to guests.

The value for money at Somerset was great, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, with a mall nearby and easy access to bus stops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very special.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety to make it even better.
